PRODUCTS
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, print runs and fabric batches.
Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Small variations are part of the character of products created from original hand-painted artwork.
ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase from us. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been dispatched or otherwise confirm our acceptance.
We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or an obvious pricing error has occurred. Any payment already taken will be refunded.
Please check your order and delivery information carefully before completing checkout.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before payment.
Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.
DELIVERY
Delivery options, charges and estimated timings are explained in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.
Unless another timeframe has been agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 days. We will contact you if an unexpected delay occurs.
Products remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive them.
RETURNS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
BESPOKE ORDERS
The price, timing, design process and payment arrangements for bespoke commissions will be agreed before work begins.
You are responsible for checking names, dates, wording, quantities and other personalised details before approving a design. Changes requested after approval may cost extra or delay production.
Personalised items and products made to your specifications cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. Your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, patterns, illustrations, photographs, branding and written content on this website belong to Bramble Baring unless stated otherwise.
They may not be copied, reproduced, altered, sold or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or design.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our failure to follow these terms or use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses arising from products purchased for personal use.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so or limits your statutory rights.
PRIVACY
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory rights available where they live.
