SHIPPING POLICY

DISPATCH TIMES

Unless a different lead time is shown on the product page, standard products are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Made-to-order, pre-order and bespoke products may take longer. The expected timeframe will be agreed with you before purchase.

DELIVERY

Available delivery destinations, charges and estimated timings are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin once an order has been dispatched and exclude weekends and bank holidays. They are estimates unless we have specifically agreed that delivery by a particular date is essential.

Unless another timeframe has been stated or agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Please check your delivery address carefully. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect, although we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Additional postage may be charged if an order is returned because an incorrect address was provided or the parcel was not collected.

DELAYS OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order is significantly delayed or does not arrive, email bramblebaring@live.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We deliver to the countries available at checkout. International customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Include photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
